DAOs with Governance Token

In this model, the ecosystem is first identified by the DAO token. The responsibility of Members and Managers MUST be reflected in their staked positions of the DAO token.

Basic Configuration Information

  1. Your DAO's name (and logo, if you prefer)

  2. Create or share Staking Engine (if you use governance token)

In this model, a Manager of the DAO is required to pledge a minimum amount of DAO tokens to stay in the management. These pledges are locked and can only be released until the manager is released from duty.

A public voter must pledge a certain number of tokens to cast votes on a proposal. The bigger the Pledge Value, the more effective the vote will be. These pledges are locked and can only be released until the proposals reach conclusion.

Whether it's for Manager pledge or for voting pledge, all staked DAO tokens earns emission rewards.

In the Quick Starter mode, the INK Web App configures all the parameters mentioned in the previous overview section, with default values for a quick and simple bootstrap. These default parameters can later be changed via the Changing Governance Rules operation.

In the Quick Starter mode, all the minimum requirement numbers will be set at 1, and the voting power at 'Public & Board', while no badge is required.

In the Full Configuration mode, a DAO creators can customize all the parameters mentioned in the previous overview section.
