Off-chain Proposals
This class of proposals are related to important decisions about the DAO that must be carried out off-chain. Proposals under this shortcut can only be made by the DAO's Board members.
Shortcut: left panel For Manager -> Proposing; right panel Off-chain
An Off-chain proposal is constructed as a collection of Articles that are completely user-defined, and each one of them has a type (Number, Text, Yes-No, List). When the Proposal is submitted for voting, the "Nay" voters can specify which Articles that they object.
