Execute Off-chain Resolutions

These Resolutions must be carried out off-chain. INK relies on voluntary reporting of the execution result from the Board.

An Off-chain proposal on INK is constructed as a collection of Articles that are completely user-defined, and therefore, after it is voted into a resolution these articles are to be executed or implemented by the DAO off-chain, as specified on-chain.

If such an off-chain and self-defined Proposal passes the voting, the INK Web App allows the Board to report the status of the off-chain execution, which can be viewed and verified by any user.
