Executing Off-chain Resolutions

Not all decisions can be, or should be, executed on-chain.

There are proposals related to important decisions about the DAO that must be carried out off-chain. There is a separate category of proposal for the Board members to make, and once they pass the vote tallying and become resolutions, the Board must recognize their effectiveness and take appropriate actions off-chain.

Ink Finance relies on the voluntary reporting of the execution result from the Board. And if the execution report is not produced on-chain, the entire DAO will see this status. When the Board fills the report, Ink Finance allows them to provide URLs pointing to the details stored on either Web2 or Web3 facilities. These reports are viewable by the public.
