How to make proposal

1. Open Ink Finance Website and connect your Metamask wallet. Select「DAO Manager」Role, and click your DAO from the DAO List.

If you haven't created a DAO please check How to set up DAO guide to create one before coming back to this guide.

2. Click「Proposing」and select「Off-chain

3. Here we will demonstrate each of the 3 Voting Power options.

3.1. Voting Power: Public and Board

3.1.1. Enter the proposal's Title / Description / Expiration. Select 「Public and Board」Voting Power. You can change the minimum votes and minimum wallets by clicking "Override voting minimum".

3.1.2. You can specify the actual contents of the proposal by adding Articles.

3.1.3. Review proposal. Click the edit buttons if the Articles need to be changed. Click「Confirm」to commit this proposal on-chain.

3.1.4. Click「OK」after your Matamask confirms the transaction. Congratulation, you have made a proposal successfully.

3.1.5. Back to DAO List and share your DAO's link with the community, and invite them to vote on your proposal.

3.1.6. There are two rounds of voting, as the Board specified. The first round is for the「Public Votes」- DAO members should cast votes within the expiration window. A Board member should「Tally Votes」when the open proposal expires.

3.1.7. Confirm transaction with your Metamask. If the proposal passes the public voting, it will proceed to the「Board Votes」 round of voting.

3.1.8. Same as with the Public Voting, once the Board voting is completed, a Board member should「Tally Votes」.

3.1.9. Clicking「OK」upon success will redirect the page to All Proposals.

3.1.10. The recently passed proposal becomes 「Resolution. A Board member - you - can click「Report Execution」to update the status of how this Resolution is executed.

3.1.11. Everyone can click「View Votes」to see and download all voting statistics.

3.1.12. Congratulations! At this point, you have completed the full procedure of Proposing - Voting - Execution.

3.2. Voting Power: Public Only

3.2.1. Most operations are the same as with the "Public and Board" mode, except without the "Board Voting" Round.

3.3 Voting Power: Board Only

3.3.1. Most operations are the same as with the "Public and Board" mode, except without the Public Round.
