# Execution of Resolutions

When the voting window of a proposal is closed for the public voting round, or when all Board members have cast their votes for the Board voting round, any Board member can initiate vote tallying. If the proposal has successfully passed the voting, then any Board member can execute this Resolution. There are two ways a resolution is executed.
