Vote Tallying & Execution
Executing pre-defined Proposals on-chain is one of INK's key features.
A Proposing Manager can locate any expired proposal under All Proposals / Open for Vote to tally the casted votes. If it results in a failed proposal, then it will be filed and found under the All Proposals / Failed shortcut.
If the tally finds the Proposal to have passed the voting, then it becomes a Resolution, which will be filed and found under All Proposals / Resolution shortcut. It is under this shortcut that the Proposing Manager can execute the Resolution to make it take effect.
