Propose

This group of shortcuts contains all types of Proposals that can be made. Only a Manager of the Proposing Committee can activate this group and choose from it to make a proposal.

A Proposal on INK is constructed and recorded as a bundle of Articles, most of which are pre-defined by the InkDictionary, and can be executable on-chain when the Proposal is voted into a Resolution. But INK also supports completely user-defined proposals that are meant to be executed by the DAO off-chain.
