# Investment Management Setup

1. Shortcut: Left panel <mark style="color:green;">**For Manager -> Committees**</mark><mark style="color:green;">;</mark> Right panel <mark style="color:green;">**Investment Committee**</mark>​

**2.**  <mark style="color:green;">Choose -></mark>​ <mark style="color:green;">Investment Management Setup</mark>​​

**3.** Enter all the Managers' Twitter IDs (make sure they have been verified otherwise you can't appoint these wallet holders as Managers)

**4.** After you click the "**Confirm"** button, the Investment Committee will be submitted for voting.

**5.** Ink Finance allows the Board to set up *Voting Powers* for each proposal. There are two voting rounds in this proposal: Public votes and Board votes. As a board member, one cannot vote in the public round.

**6.** 「[**Tally Votes**](/ink-finance-guide-v2/for-all-members/all-proposals/open-for-vote/tally-votes.md)」after each round with the creator wallet address.

**7.**  Successful vote tallying will execute "Investment Committees" on-chain.&#x20;

8. Check the result by clicking the 「**Managers**」 shortcut from the DAO dashboard.

9. The newly created Investment Committee now has all the appointed Investment Managers.
